We are committed to activating the YouTube Premium service quickly and efficiently to ensure the best customer experience.

1. Data Required for Activation:

The customer must provide us with the email address (Gmail) they wish to activate the service with.

⚠️ Activation will not begin without a valid email address.

2. Activation Method:

After receiving the email and confirming payment, a Family Invite will be sent to the email address provided.

The customer must accept the invitation and join within a maximum of 24 hours from the time of sending.

3. Activation Period:

The sending process typically takes 10 minutes to 6 hours from the time the email is received and the order is paid.

If there is a high volume of orders, the process may take up to 24 hours.

4. Customer Responsibility:

The customer is responsible for entering a correct and active Gmail address.

If an incorrect email address is entered or the invitation is not accepted within the deadline, the customer will not be compensated or refunded.
