🔁 Refund Policy – Yala Premium
At Yala Premium, we are committed to providing original, high-quality digital products and always strive for customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of digital products, we clarify our refund and warranty policy as follows:
1. Non-Refundable Digital Products After Activation
All products at Yala Premium are digital and delivered electronically, and once the product is activated or delivered to the customer via email or the relevant platform, the order is considered final and non-refundable or exchangeable, as these products cannot be canceled or reclaimed after activation.
2. Warranty
At Yala Premium, we guarantee that all codes and subscriptions we provide are original and valid for activation. If the customer faces any of the following issues:
- The code does not work or is invalid.
- The service is not activated correctly despite following instructions.
- A technical fault prevents the use of the product.
Please contact us within a maximum of 24 hours from the time of delivery, attaching proof of the issue (such as a photo, video, or error message). After verification, compensation will be provided in one of the following ways:
- Resending a new code (if available).
- Or replacing the product with another service of equal or lesser value.
- Or issuing a discount code equivalent to the product’s value.
We also guarantee that if the subscription expires before the specified period (without any interference or violation by the customer), the customer will be compensated with an additional subscription covering the remaining period of the original paid duration.
Example: If the customer purchased a one-month subscription and the service ended during the third week for no clear reason, they will be compensated with an additional week.
Important notes:
- Warranty does not cover cases caused by incorrect data entered by the customer.
- Does not cover misuse of service terms such as account sharing or modification.
- Does not cover cases where the issue cannot be proven with evidence.
3. Delivery Delay Cases
All Yala Premium products are delivered immediately after payment completion, but delivery may take up to 72 hours maximum in some cases, depending on the product type or circumstances beyond our control.
If delivery exceeds 72 hours, the customer has the right to claim compensation, according to Article 14 of the Ministry of Commerce and Investment regulations, provided the delay is not caused by:
- Emergency technical failures at the service provider.
- Force majeure circumstances beyond our control.
- Or order execution outside official working hours.
Compensation will be one of the following:
- A discount code equal to the paid amount, valid for 3 days.
- Or replacement of the product with another service of equal or lesser price.
4. Order Cancellation Before Activation
Submitting a purchase order through Yala Premium constitutes explicit acceptance by the customer of all terms and conditions presented on the website. Due to the nature of digital products, cancellation of the order before activation is subject to the store management’s discretion only and is not an assured right of the customer.
Cancellation requests may be refused, or no compensation provided even if activation did not occur, in cases where management deems the cancellation reason unjustified or the customer violated usage terms.
